With over two decades of experience curating unforgettable experiences, Randy Davila is an innovator and driving force in the global nightlife and hospitality industries.

Renowned for revitalizing iconic venues and developing thriving concepts, Randy has held key roles with industry leaders like Hakkasan Group, MGM Grand, and Drai's Enterprises, successfully launching ventures in some of the world's most competitive markets, including Las Vegas and Indonesia.

In 2018, Randy relocated to Bali as part of the leadership team behind Hakkasan Group's OMNIA Dayclub — a groundbreaking venue that has since been renamed Savaya. He went on to co-create Miss Fish, now one of Bali's most recognized nightlife destinations, before launching Casa Julia Group in 2023 as an operator-led F&B consulting firm.

Through his affiliation with Kilo Collective, Randy helped launch The Shady Pig in late 2024 — continuing to shape Bali's hospitality landscape while building CJG into the region's go-to execution partner for restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

Before hospitality, Nia spent nearly a decade in Indonesia's oil and gas industry — managing tenders, coordinating offshore operations, and keeping project documentation airtight for companies like BP Tangguh, Pertamina, and ConocoPhillips.

She has been Randy's right hand since day one of Casa Julia Group — managing the books, the permits, the schedules, and every moving piece that keeps a consulting firm operational across multiple clients and entities in Bali.

Now as Co-Founder, Nia leads corporate operations for CJG — because every firm that moves fast needs someone who makes sure it moves right.
